Shipping policy

All in-stock items will be packed and posted within 1-3 business days.

PREORDERS (APPROX. 8 WEEKS) 

If you are purchasing a preorder item, your order will be sent as soon as available. Please allow approximately 8 weeks.

IMPORTANT

If you are purchasing in-stock and preorder items in a single order, all items will be sent together when preorder products are available. If you would like your in-stock items sent immediately, please place separate orders as additional postage costs apply. 

All packages are sent from Mossman, Queensland.

All shipments will be sent via AusPost standard parcel delivery with tracking unless otherwise requested.

Due to lengthy delays with road transport, we encourage EXPRESS POST on orders to NT or WA.

We recommend selecting SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY if you are not having your order addressed to a post office box or another secure destination.
