Hi, I’m Rhegan—founder of Fish Feeder, mum of three boys and lover of all things outdoors. Living in Far North Queensland, our family spends so much time outdoors at the beach, on the boat, or walking / riding the tracks. After having my third son, I found myself constantly trying to juggle breastfeeding while staying sun-safe and modest and honestly, it just wasn’t working.

Every time we went to the beach or fishing I’d either be in short sleeves and exposed to the sun, overheating in layers to maintain some modesty when lifting up my entire fishing shirt (or dress in the early days, post C-section) in public, or ducking away to change tops just so I could feed. I felt like my two elder boys (under 5 y/o) and I were missing out on activities together, all because there weren’t any breastfeeding-friendly options that suited our lifestyle.

I wanted something I could throw on and feel good in—cool, comfy, practical, and something I’d still want to wear after the breastfeeding stage (economical). So with the support of my husband and some good friends, I set out to create it. That’s how Fish Feeder began.
